Feyenoord vs Como Prediction, H2H Stats & Statistical Bets 14 October 2026
📢 Feyenoord vs Como is far from the most high-profile fixture of the second round of the Champions League, but that does not make the match any less interesting. On the contrary, it carries enormous importance for both sides - these are exactly the kind of games where you need to pick up points if you are serious about making an impact in the competition. The atmosphere at Feyenoord Stadium, one of the loudest and most intense arenas in Europe, adds another layer of intrigue, with the Dutch club always backed by fierce support from their own fans.

Head-to-Head
📊 Feyenoord and Como have never previously met each other.

Feyenoord are dominating domestically in the Netherlands, but things remain more challenging for them on the European stage.
Last season Feyenoord finished second in the Eredivisie, falling well short of PSV in the title race. The runners-up spot was still enough to earn a place in the Champions League. The new season, however, has started far more convincingly, and Feyenoord are now serious contenders to reclaim the title. After eight rounds they sit top of the table with 20 points. The club have not only been beating the lesser sides comfortably but have also dealt well with their direct rivals: last weekend they beat a formidable AZ Alkmaar 2-0 at home, and it was a thoroughly deserved victory.
In the Champions League, the start has been less encouraging. To be fair, the draw was far from kind: in the very first matchday Feyenoord had to travel to a daunting Barcelona. The Dutch club lost heavily, 5-1, and had virtually no chance of getting anything from the game. Barcelona were completely dominant, and Feyenoord never managed to offer any meaningful resistance. Few had seriously expected them to get a result in that fixture, so even the one goal scored could be seen as a small consolation.
Match Results: Feyenoord Rotterdam

Como have been inconsistent so far, but they've made a strong start in the Champions League.
Last season's standout discovery in Serie A has struggled to replicate that form so far this term. After six rounds, Como have 11 points and sit seventh in the table. They could be considerably higher, too, had they been more clinical with their chances and not dropped points in matches they should have won.
The latest slip came immediately after the international break, when Como failed to beat Roma at home, drawing 0-0. The conditions were almost ideal for a Como win: from the 53rd minute Roma were down to ten men, yet the hosts could not make the numerical advantage count. In the second half Como essentially pinned their opponents back in their own half, holding 75% of the ball and registering 14 shots to Roma's 2. But none of it led to a goal - the visitors' defence held firm, and Cesc Fàbregas's side were punished once again for poor finishing.
Their Champions League debut, on the other hand, was impressive. Despite having no experience in the competition, Como played with surprising maturity and, in front of their home supporters, thrashed RB Leipzig 4-1. The Italians seized the initiative from the opening minutes, scored early, and by the start of the second half had extended their lead to three goals.

Predicted Lineups
📋 Predicted starting XI - Feyenoord: Ernst - Read, St. Juste, Deijl, Mármol - Zechiël, Van Houtte - Hadj Moussa, Valente, López - Ferri.
📋 Predicted starting XI - Como: Butez - Couto, Ramón, Chalobah, Valle - Da Cunha, Milla - Baturina, Paz, Diao - Douvikas.
⚽️ Goals Prediction
Como's defence is far from solid. They have conceded in every match except their most recent one against Roma (0-0), which spent most of the second half with ten men. In attack, though, the Italians look considerably better: the team regularly creates chances and finds ways to score. Given Feyenoord's strength at home and Como's attacking potential, we're expecting a game with goals at both ends. Our bet is Both Teams to Score - Yes at 1.45*.
🚩 Corners Prediction
Feyenoord always put serious pressure on opponents at home, and that is reflected in their corner count. In 18 of their last 19 home matches, the Rotterdam side have won at least five corners. Given the hosts' attacking style and home support, we're expecting that impressive run to continue. Our bet is Feyenoord Team Total Corners - Over 4.5 at 1.82*.
🟨 Yellow Cards Prediction
Como play a fairly disciplined brand of football and rarely force referees to reach for their cards. On average, they pick up just one booking per match in Serie A. We see no strong reason to expect that figure to rise sharply against Feyenoord. Our bet is Como Team Total Yellow Cards - Under 1.5.
🚀 Player Stat Bet
Nico Paz is entering his third consecutive season as one of Como's key players. His output in the current Serie A campaign has dipped slightly - one goal and one assist in six matches - but in the Champions League he immediately showed his quality, registering two assists in the first matchday. He was equally influential during the international break, contributing a goal involvement in all three of his appearances for the national team. We're backing Nico Paz to Score or Assist at 1.93*.
😱 Risky Bet
Feyenoord matches can turn into genuine goal fests. In four games this season involving the Rotterdam side, at least five goals have been scored, and twice supporters have seen seven. Given Como's attacking potential and their defensive vulnerabilities, another high-scoring affair cannot be ruled out. Risk-takers may want to back Total Goals - Over 4.5 at 3.70*.
🎯 Safe Bet
Como very rarely fail to score, even away from home: they have found the net in 8 of their last 9 away matches. Our safe bet is Como to Score at 1.12*.
👀 If the Match Goes Against the Script
Despite the attacking potential of both sides, the game could turn out to be far less open than it appears. The stakes in the second Champions League matchday are high enough that neither side will want to lose, and both Feyenoord and Como may opt for a more cautious approach than usual, with greater attention to defensive shape. The alternative bet is Total Goals - Under 2.5 at 2.70*.
