Torzsi remains lethal with the AWP and is always capable of multi-kills, while PR and Spinx have been in sharp form-something they underlined by leading the team in the final against Spirit. Thereβs little concern that MOUZ will play down to their opposition here. In a best-of-one, itβs easy to identify an opponentβs weak spots and move on quickly without wasting time.

Lynn Vision continue to be a solid force within the Chinese CS scene, but their results outside the region remain modest. At the Major, they exited in the opening phase, falling short in the last-chance match. They did manage to defeat Luminosity at their home XSE Pro League, but could only take a single map across clashes with BIG, PARIVISION, and B8.
They did claim top spot at the GGMEDIA Challenger Series, stringing together three straight wins-a confidence boost ahead of EWC. Still, it would be a stretch to carry that momentum into a matchup against MOUZ. Lynn Vision are known for their aggressive duels, often pushing through closed defaults on CT and playing for numbers on the T side. That approach gets them results in Asian CS, but against MOUZ, they'll face a different caliber of trading. If the βmiceβ donβt drop pistols and follow-up force buys to the Chinese squad, this map could wrap up in a hurry.

While itβs tempting to question the favorites in many first-round matchups, thereβs no need to invent drama here. Lynn Vision simply arenβt on the same level as a top-10 team-the Chinese squad have repeatedly struggled against elite opposition, often suffering heavy defeats. MOUZ head into the EWC on the back of a strong BLAST performance and look much sharper than most of their rivals. Unless sycroneβs side make things unnecessarily complicated for themselves early on, Lynn Vision will find it tough to even reach eight rounds. Our prediction: MOUZ to win with a -5.5 round handicap.
