Now he and his teammates are closer than ever to lifting the trophy in Katowice for the first time, but to do so, they need to try to defeat the best team in the world.

Spirit

📝Spirit once again proved that they rightfully hold the top spot in the HLTV world rankings, surpassing their nearest competitor by almost double the points. This is the team's third consecutive appearance in a major tournament grand final, and both previous ones were successful. In the group stage, the Russian team ended their streak of 12 consecutive match wins with a tense 1:2 loss to Natus Vincere. Nevertheless, reaching the semifinals, the "Dragons" managed to take revenge on "Born to Win" and didn't drop a single map to them.

📊Spirit are the champions of IEM Katowice 2024 and now aim to defend their title in a BO5 showdown against Vitality. Both teams are in optimal form and can certainly deliver an exciting contest. The crowd support will be more in favor of the "Bees," but in yesterday's match, this did not hinder the "Dragons" from defeating Natus Vincere. Although this encounter may stretch to 5 maps, we believe that Spirit have a better chance of winning.
