The Boston Celtics continue to impress this season, securing eight wins in their last ten games, showcasing the players' confidence. The team is renowned for its solid defense (allowing just 94.8 points in the playoffs, ranking 1st) and an efficient offense that consistently delivers results. However, some weaknesses do emerge-Boston sometimes struggles with accuracy from beyond the arc (34.8% shooting in the postseason, 12th overall). An interesting note: over the past five years, the Celtics have consistently ranked among the top five teams for points scored at home.

Joe Mazzulla's squad may not be demonstrating miraculous offensive efficiency, averaging only 103 points in the series against Orlando (9th), but it's not necessary due to the opponent's low offensive output. Their strong defense is enough to maintain a commanding lead in the series. In their previous encounter, the Celtics secured a crucial road victory (107-98), where it wasn't Tatum or Brown who shone, but rather Kristaps Porzingis, who had been underperforming. The center quickly accumulated fouls but still managed to score 19 points in 22 minutes, including one of the decisive shots in the game's closing moments with the score tied. Now, it's just a matter of finishing off the Southern team with class and preparing for the next round, where either New York or Detroit awaits. 

The Orlando Magic are in relatively modest form, having won 6 of their last ten games. Considering their dreadful average scoring throughout the season (105.4 points, ranking 28th), it's surprising that they made it to the playoffs. However, their defense is superbly organized, topping the regular season charts with just 105.5 points allowed per game. It's intriguing to note that despite inconsistent performances, Orlando often surprises favorites with their tenacity and stamina.

Despite being clearly outmatched in the series, the Magic have looked commendable in every game except the first. In the fourth game, Orlando battled evenly, only falling short due to a poor finish (98-107). Still, Jamahl Mosley's squad struggled to find creative offensive strategies to break down Boston's equally solid defense. Sure, Banchero scored 31 points, but his efficiency was low, hitting just 12 of 32 shots. Franz Wagner also contributed significantly with 24 points, but the rest of the players seemed absent on the offensive end (the best among them, aside from these two, managed just 12 points).
