Conference League 2024/25 Predictions: Quarter-finals: 10/04/2025
Chelsea will look to continue their invincible run in the UEFA Conference League when they take on Legia Warszawa in the quarter-final. The Blues are touted as the favourites to lift the competition in May, but their inconsistency in the Premier League may take a toll on the squad and somehow affect them in Europe if Enzo Maresca doesn’t find a solution to Chelsea’s inconsistency. They are the favourites to win this tie, but Legia Warszawa will put up a fight, especially when they play at home.
Real Betis and Jagiellona will dig it out in Spain for the first leg, and the likes of Isco and Manchester United forward Antony, who is on loan at Betis, will continue their fine form and make it hard for the visitors to stand a chance.

Chelsea will put even greater pressure when both sides meet, so we expect the Blues to win at least 23 throw-ins.

The Florence side failed to keep a clean sheet in their last four away Conference League matches, and we expect that will not change in the upcoming game, as the hosts have shown many times they can be a dangerous side.

Following the signing of Antony, Real Betis have been a better side, taking points off Barcelona away from home in La Liga. They lost just once in their last 11 matches across all competitions, but in the Conference League, they thrashed Vitoria Guimaraes 4-0 away from home to reach the quarter-final. The Spanish outfit are one of the favourites to win the competition, and getting around Jagiellonia should be a light job for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
