UEFA Europa League Semifinals Correct Score Predictions: 01/05

09 Feb, 13:35

Manchester United will look to protect their unbeaten status in the Europa League when they face one of the favourites to win the competition, Athletic Bilbao, in Spain for the semi-final first leg.

The La Liga outfits haven’t dropped a point at home in this competition this season, and they will want to ensure things remain the same when they host Manchester United, who are unbeaten both home and away in the Europa League.

Tottenham and Bodo/Glimt will share the pitch in London for the first leg, and the return leg will take place in Norway. Spurs are the favourites to go through to the final, but football has its ways of stunning the favourites.

UEFA Europa League semi-final correct score predictions: 01/05/2025

Athletic Bilbao and Manchester United will share the spoils: Athletic Bilbao vs Manchester United

  • Date: 01/05/2025
  • Kick-off: 21:00 CET
  • Both teams will play it safe to avoid going behind by a big margin when they cross paths in Spain.

Manchester United and Athletic Bilbao last met in a friendly match in 2023 at Old Trafford, and it ended in a 1-1 draw. We tlookedat both teams that played the friendly, and over 70% of the players for Athletic Bilbao still play for the club, while United had gone through a series of changes. The Red Devils haven’t lost a game away in the Europa League, and with Bilbao struggling to score many goals against a well-organised team, there’s a chance the upcoming game will produce less than three goals.

Correct score prediction: Athletic Bilbao 1-1 Manchester United

Tottenham will see off Bodo/Glimt in London: Tottenham vs Bodo/Glimt

  • Date: 01/05/2025
  • Kick-off: 21:00 CET
  • Goals are usually scored in matches involving Bodo/Glimt, so we can not rule out the same from happening in the upcoming game.

Tottenham may have struggled against Eintracht Frankfurt, but we expect them to win this one because the last time Bodo/Glimt played a Premier League team in the EL, it ended in a 3-2 win for Manchester United. Spurs have the Europa League as their only route back to the Champions League, so we expect them to come out on top, as United did, and push for the final in Norway in the next two weeks.

Correct score prediction: Tottenham 2-1 Bodo/Glimt
